    Cardio Drumming

Cardio Drumming is an energizing, go at your own pace, full body workout. There is a combination of light resistance, drumming and cardio, set to fun and upbeat music. Each routine can be easily modified.  Cardio Drumming is geared for ages 16+ and all fitness levels are welcome, no drumming experience necessary!

Zumba® Fitness

Zumba®
Perfect For Everybody and Every Body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
How It Works:
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
Benefits:
A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Zumba® Toning:
Perfect For those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles!
How It Works
The challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights), helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
Benefits
Lightweight maraca-like Toning Sticks enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.

BARRE above®

Barre Above® is a totally unique approach to barre workouts as you've seen them. Fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do, Barre Above® delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape.

You don't need to worry about having any dance experience in order to take a Barre Above class, because Barre Above® instructors teach you with the intent of progression with safer approach. When you take a Barre Above® class, you'll always feel challenged, yet consciously aware of what is right for your body.
